Our call centre staff answer account and product enquiries, orders and cancellations, on your behalf, in a competent and appropriate manner.

Our clients are allocated a unique phone number; our phone operators answers in the name of the client and are always adequately equipped to deal with customers, as they can log in to specific client applications.

Call queuing, music on hold and voice mail are offered as part of our call centre service. For your peace of mind your call handling statistics will be periodically reported to you.
