Returns Processing

Often overlooked is the crucial customer service task of returns processing. At Coghlan we realise the importance of handling this nature of transaction in a prompt and accurate manner:

  1. Contractual agreements are put in place so that distribution agents ensure goods are returned direct to our premises, intact and in a timely manner
  2. The checking and identification process is prioritised, in a specialised work environment, using scanning technology to capture client and product details
  3. Client records are updated to change the status of their account
All products are classified and where appropriate, returned to stock for re-distribution.
